Lottery Application for Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Enrichment Program

In order to be eligible for the full day VPK/Enrichment lottery at Park Trails Elementary School, your child must be turning 4 years old on or before September 1, 2015 (birthday must be between 9/2/2010 and 9/1/2011) AND must live within the school's boundary. Proof of birth and residence are required. You DO NOT need to present a VPK Certificate of Eligibility to participate in the lottery. The completed lottery application is due back to the front office at Park Trails Elementary School on April 2, 2015.
Please retain a copy of your lottery application.
The VPK/Enrichment lottery selection will take place after April 10, 2015. Upon selection, all applicants will be notified as to whether or not they were selected or placed on the waitlist. Applicants will be notified no later than April 17, 2015.
You are encouraged to apply for your VPK Certificate as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can apply for your VPK Certificate online using a computer, tablet (iPad) or smart phone. For more information, visit the Family Central website at http://www.familycentral.org/VPKRegisterBC).
Park Trails Cub Clubs
Beginning Monday, March 2 to Friday, March 13, you can sign your child up for Cub Clubs. Each club will cost $140. For the $140 fee, your student will receive after school care for thirty minutes for eight days, a snack, and eight hours of club time with a certified teacher and all of the materials for the club. Clubs are Tuesdays or Thursdays from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm from March 31 to May 22. For more information, click here.
